Delivery is FREE for metro east coast Australia (within 50km of major centres)
Select 'FREE Shipping' at checkout for ALL orders under $100 Australiawide
An add-on cost applies for regional or remote locations in the Eastern States along with all deliveries to WA, NT & FNQ - select the location that applies to you from the list before completing your payment to avoid separate invoicing and potential delay.

Deliveries are booked with 'authorisation to leave' at your door as standard.
Get in touch if you need delivery to a Parcel Lockers - premium courier services apply and may incur high additional costs esp for remote regional areas.
All mats are packed and sent from our warehouse in Melbourne within 24-48 hours of payment - allow for the next business day if your purchase is made on a weekend or public holiday.
Delay may arise if shipping add-ons are not applied correctly and will be actioned once any additional payments are received. Request clarification if in doubt.
Delivery times will vary based on location or peak periods but you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days of collection by our selected courier. Despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee timing by a courier.
Maximum delivery time should be no more than 10 business days.
We want your mat to arrive in great condition and as quickly as possible and we do our best to make that happen.
Tracking your delivery
We will text you when your order has been collected and you will usually receive notification from the courier when the parcel is 'out for delivery' from their nearest transit depot.
