The Rolley Hero is a mid-size, high-support utility mat designed for people who want the best of both worlds. As a standalone mat, it’s the perfect size for core training, floor work and general mobility or as floor protection for dropping dumbells or kettlebells in silence. As part of the Dead Head range, a pair of Heroes becomes a fully functional, relocatable deadlift platform — without the noise, expense, bulk or permanent install of a deadlift patform.

This is why we call it the Hero. It's here to protect and do the hard work quietly, reliably, and with ease.

Two Roles. One Purpose-Built Mat.

1. Hero as a Utility Mat (Single)

At 100cm × 70cm, the Hero hits the sweet spot between space and versatility. It’s thick enough to protect joints and floors, firm enough to stay stable, cushioned for safety and compact and light enough to use anywhere and store away easily.

• Pilates-style floor work

• Rehabilitation and prehab

• Pike push-ups

• Kneeling or seated exercises

2. Hero as a Dead Head (Pair)

Used as a pair, Hero becomes part of the Dead Head collection — Rolley’s modular alternative to a traditional deadlift platform.

Place one Hero on either side of standard 1m × 1m rubber gym tiles, and you create the standard deadlift platform size of 2.4m × 1m.

To get the lift height to your preferred level, simply:

• Stack two or three rubber tiles in the centre

• Lift from the tiles, drop onto the Heroes

The Hero features a printed white border measuring:
91.44cm × 60.96cm (36” × 24”) — the official CrossFit regulation area for Handstand Push-Ups (HSPU).
